Customer Service Pharma Associate
For a fixed term contract – 6 months  

The customer service manages customers orders and takes care of pre and post sales relations (by telephone, mail and portal) towards customers for products of the commercial divisions managed by the Consortium of the Group dealing with the "order to cash process".

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Entry Pharma, Manage service request and complaints, Field Force Support
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email programs; SAP ERP System; CRM Salesforce; Oracle BI; Customer Service oriented
National Customers; Field Forces of various company of the Group; All departments of the Consortium and various departments of the Group (Commercial, Marketing, ICT, ect..)      


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Socio-Economics Degree
Years of experience 0-1 entry level
Communicative skills in general and the ability to be a team player
Fluent in English
The candidates should be dynamic, precise and flexible
