Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan aData Analyst – Customer IntelligenceWithin the Customer Intelligence team you will support the senior team member in the following activities:- Commercial campaign target definition in strict collaboration with business and marketing - Ad hoc analysis on individual clients to identify needs and behaviour, potential development and churn prevention - Campaign and analysis tracking and identification of relevant KPIs to support business in commercial activities according to client characteristics- Support bank strategy definition and implementation - Cooperate with international team to identify best practice and harmonization across countriesThe ideal candidate meets the following requirements:- Bachelor’s degree preferably in statistics, finance, mathematics- Fluent in English- Good Knowledge of SAS programming language, statistical and ML tools; python knowledege is a plus- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel e powerpoint- Experience as data analytics will be considered a plusWe offer a fixed term contract until November 2025, due to maternity leave, that can be extended.CCNL Credito RAL 34K + ticket, Full timeBased in Milan Disponibilità oraria: Full TimeCCNL: CreditoLivello contratto: 3.1
